My Approach
My work is grounded in Functional Medicine and evidence-based nutrition, combined with health coaching to support sustainable behaviour change.
Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, I consider the interconnected nature of metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, sleep, stress, and cognitive health systems.
The aim is steady, realistic change that supports long-term wellbeing.
Cognitive Health - ReCode Protocol
Alongside nutritional therapy training, I have completed Apollo Health’s ReCODE programme (based on the research of Dr Dale Bredesen), which focuses on the multifactorial drivers of cognitive decline.
This is combined with health coaching to support implementation of complex lifestyle and nutritional changes in a structured, sustainable way.
My Approach to Food
Food is central to my approach. Growing up internationally in a family of chefs shaped a lasting appreciation of the food the world has to offer as both nourishment and enjoyment.
This informs a philosophy that health starts with food, supporting realistic, sustainable changes that fit everyday life, while still valuing pleasure, culture, and connection.
