When you book a free intro call with Clever Nutrition (“we”, “us”), we collect and use your information to arrange the appointment, contact you about your booking, and respond to your enquiry.

2) What information we collect when you book an intro call, we may collect:- Your name- Your email address- Your phone number only if you choose to provide it at booking- Booking details (date/time of the call and any message you include). If you provide additional information during the call that is relevant to your enquiry, we will use it to respond and provide the intro call.
3) How we use your information (purposes) - We use your information to:- Arrange your free intro call- Send appointment reminders (by email and/or phone where you provided those details)- Contact you about your booking (including rescheduling, if needed)- Reply to your enquiry and provide the intro call
4) Legal basis for processing - We process your personal data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an arrangement and/or to carry out the appointment you requested.
5) Who we share your information with - We may share information with third parties who provide services that help us arrange and manage appointments and communications, such as:- Our booking platform & our email service provider- IT/hosting providers that support our systems.
